The homeowner came across this small Western Diamondback Rattlesnake while moving their garbage cans. The snake was curled up underneath the small shelf near the wheels. The yard had access points underneath the gate and through a drain block on the opposite side. The snake had already been secured with a bucket that had been placed over him. He was relocated to wash into a packrat nest.
