CJ’s First Black-tailed Rattlesnake Relocation

CJ got his first Black-tailed Rattlesnake relocation in Ahwatukee with this very mellow individual.

The snake had made its way to the front patio of a home just off a drainage coming down from the mountain. It settled into a comfortable spot beneath some shade cloth covering an active drip system, giving it both shade and access to water.

CJ relocated it within the same drainage system where it was found, choosing a deep south-facing cave shaded by an Ironwood tree in a sandy wash. Not a bad upgrade for his first molo relocation.
