During a property inspection, Addie found a small Kingsnake traveling along the outside of the fence, seemingly looking for a way through. The property had all the ingredients for great snake habitat, so it was a bit surprising that this was the only snake encountered during the inspection. It’s a good reminder that even properties with excellent habitat don’t always produce the species you expect on any given day, and inspections provide just a snapshot of what’s active at that moment.
