A homeowner in Tonopah called about a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake hiding out in the yard. The home was surrounded by open desert with no fence, so a property with access under it is a very useful feature to small animals. Austin caught the snake and moved it to a well-shaded area at the base of palo verde trees within its estimated home range.
