A baby Mojave Rattlesnake showed up on a patio in Casa Grande after a big storm. Marissa moved the little snake to a better spot.

When the delivery person dropped off a package, he noticed a snake by the front door. The snake was just chilling with its frog friends. They had just bulldozed acres of desert across the street for more homes right by the preserve.

In the summer, some new residents from New York met the welcoming committee – a young Western Diamondback Rattlesnake in the courtyard. They also got an education about the wildlife that can be found here, and how it’s handled responsibly (as they had) in modern times.

Another little snake in a house. A homeowner spotted a tiny visitor in the corner. It was another baby Coachwhip, which often end up wandering into homes in the fall. The door was left open for awhile the day before, during which time the little guy just cruised right in.

No matter what, if we see gluetraps we try and take a look to see if any animals can be saved in them. At this one, a gecko and nightsnake had both been killed. Please consider switching away from these things.
