This little Nightsnake made its presence known just long enough for the homeowner to catch a quick glimpse before disappearing behind the cabinets in the laundry room.
By the time Jason arrived, the easy part was over. What followed was a long game of cat and mouse, along with some minor unplanned “remodeling” to figure out exactly where the snake had gone.
Eventually Jason tracked down the tiny fugitive, safely captured it, and relocated it back into its native habitat.
The laundry room survived.
