Garages Can Be Snake Caves

Garage door seals deteriorate over time. Rodents chew them, they dry and crack, curl, and otherwise fall apart. That leaves small gaps, and opens the garage to becoming habitat for small animals. In this instance, that small animal was a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake. It’s a good idea to check the seals from time to time and make sure that your garage isn’t just a free cave.
