These homeowners have had several encounters with rattlesnakes on their property before, which is no surprise as they live directly across from a large wash. This Western Diamondback Rattlesnake was found having a staring contest with their cats through the sliding glass doors on the backyard patio. After waiting several minutes hoping the snake would move along, it unfortunately stayed put. Josh responded to the call, quickly secured the snake, and released it to a wash within its estimated home range into a rodent burrow.
