From CJ on our internal Slack: “Tricky atrox [Western Diamondback Rattlesnake] at a large park/sports complex. This one was well hidden underneath the justicia bush and eluded the tongs more than a few times due to larger rocks underneath the vegetation. Eventually was able to coax it out and took him to a pack rat nest in nearby county land. Saw this Sonoran desert toad hanging out as well but he was able to stay. Peoria.”
