Their neighbors weren’t home so they watched it they lived right next door. They said there is a lot of new construction around the neighborhood and this is not the first snake sighting.

However, there is some do it yourself snake fencing that needs to be replaced. She said that they have been doing a lot of remodeling and we’re thinking about doing it themselves but I made a good case that it’s not a good idea and that we have a good discount for Halloween.

While en route they did an excellent job watching the snake. The snake remained in the same area upon my arrival. Once I saw the snake I gently used my tongs and placed it into my bucket. I looked around the yard the best I could with no further finds. I gave them my business card and talked about rattlesnake fencing with them. They seemed interested and will more than likely give me a call to schedule an estimate. End of report.

They sold it today and went to move it when they saw the atrox coiled underneath. It was in the 40s last night and has been pretty cold, I wouldn’t be surprised if the snake was there for a bit. They have a brick fence, an rv gate, and a drain hole. Their house backs up to a large preserve.

They are surrounded by desert and a mountain nearby. She had a rattlesnake by her front door a few days ago unfortunately she killed that one. She has a brick fence with three gates. Here back yard is pretty clean and trimmed up.

Likely entered neighborhood from riverbed just to the east, although there were no obvious entrances to neighborhood anywhere near house. Also could have potentially hitchhiked unless there is a small population living in the creekbed.

We've done about a quarter of their property and they're going to have the rest of the property snake fence next year sometime. He knows that there's a charge for this because the area isn't fully snake proof yet.

Inspected customers yard, found no attractants, however customer is a corner house in a highly developed area where movement and displacement is still fairly heavy

When I arrived snake remained defensive in exact same place as seen. The customers did an amazing job of maintaining a visual of the animal. Once I safely captured the snake I searched the property for others as a courtesy. No other snakes found on site. End of report.

They where outside enjoying the sun when the gentleman saw the rattlesnake coiled up in his back corner of his yard. They have a view fence with a golf course behind it, then desert behind that. Seems like the snake just climbed over the wall. The yard had a few over grown plants but other than that not much other than location attracting the snake .

She was pretty sure it was a harmless baby snake but turned out to be a western diamondback. There garage door does not seal and has big gap on the bottom when closed I recommend some ways to seal that up. I checked the rest of the yard everything was great just trimming up a few things. They have a brick fence a gate and one drain hole and are interested in fencing.

The snake was coiled up under the grill it was one of those grills that’s surrounded by concrete and it was obvious rodents had been hanging out in there. I bet the snake had plans to stay for the winter. They said they have seen a lot of snakes in there yard this year. They are surrounded by desert and have a view fence.
