She had not seen the snakes yet this morning. I responded and told her I would look around. When I arrived she told me one of the snakes was basking in the sun outside of a hole. I was able to catch the snake immediately. I also used a garden hose and flooded another snake out of same hole. Both snakes were released shortly after. End of report.

When I arrived snake was not in same location. Hey the snake moved about 20 feet to a different bush. I captured the snake with ease. As I was beginning my inspection check to make sure there weren’t anymore the homeowner yelled that there was a second Rattlesnake. The second snake was captured also. Once that was done I continued the inspection with no further finds. End of report.

It's the last house on the street so that is likely why there are snakes there. I inspected the property and found no major issues, but suggested a few spots that could be tightened up to prevent rattlesnakes from coming into the yard.

I got that one and found another in there front yard under there house ledge by a water drip. I also found a gopher snake that was in a big hole on the side of there house in there back yard. And a sonoran desert toad both those stayed in the yard. They just have three gates and a brick wall. Yards well maintained but they do have a pack rat nest in there back yard and some other rodent activity. Across the street is a mountain and the open desert.

After searching the yard I found another neonate coiled up not to far from the first one. They live right next the the preserve. They said they have had 6 in the last couple weeks. Gave them half price discount.

It turned out to be two snakes coiled up. She has an open desert field with lots of vegetation right in front of her house.

Had snake fencing installed a month ago and had a mom give birth to five babies in garage. We snake proofed the garage. The fencing was intact. My guess is the snake was there under boxes when it was snake proofed. No charge.

Captured one adult male western diamondback upon arrival but was told that second adult had been observed in same area but not watched. I suspected it was a courting pair but was not able to confirm. After searching entire property no other adult snake was found, but neonate was removed from other side of property air conditioning units.

There was an adult western diamondback shed also there that he said was there for three weeks. I searched the back yard and found another neonate atrox. He lives right by south mountain and a large wash that has a lot of atrox in it. He has a brick fence with one gate and a few drain holes.

She has a large back yard with no fence and horse property around her and desert across the street. She has a garden and she feeds the rabbits and birds. The rattlesnake was in her garden and while looking through the garden I found another rattlesnake under a tarp covering hay. I informed her that feeding the wild animals will bring the snakes in because she has made a pretty good spot for a snake to not only stay cool but hydrated and be well fed. She said she will stop feeding the animals in her garden.

They went back in while I drove there. I watered them out a good 40 minutes before I got both of them. They were in a large packrat nest in the bush.

I did a sweep of the yard and found a second one stretched out on some river rocks on the opposite side of front yard. House is on a hill right next to an open area where snakes are coming from most likely. Homeowner has a bunch of birdfeeders and fountains set up and has seen multiple snakes this year, but said she was finally going to remove the bird setups. Backyard has been snake proofed by us before but front yard is still open. Customer would like fencing team to possibly come out and make sure the fence is still good.

Lots of exotic plants and planters in the backyard to provide cover and tons of water and attract food. The couple saw one snake crawling along the fence in the backyard and watched it go under a large planter by the time I arrived. I flipped the planter over and found a second adult snake under it as well.

While at the home I caught an additional rattlesnake as well. Both snakes displayed defensive behavior and were a bit of a challenge to capture and place in a bucket. But it was completed. A perimeter inspection was completed and there were no further finds. End of report.

The snakes were locked up when I got there. The home has a view fence that backs up to the mountain and a large wash. These two were in a gated courtyard. They said they’ve got a fence quote a few years ago but wanna get it now.

New development with lots of surrounding construction likely drove the snakes to be displaced into the neighborhood.

The snakes went into a packrat nest so I watered them out and caught both the atrox. He saw the larger one he said in his backyard a few nights ago but it left on its own. He has a wash just behind his house that leads to a big section of desert.

So they had a ton of empty boxes stacked up. The homeowner went to move one and saw two snakes. I moved all the boxes and found both the western diamondbacks and one had shed its skin under there so they have probably been there awhile. They have a brick fence all the way around and an RV gate. They live really close to the open desert.

One was kind of out in the open by some rocks. The other was under the pool decking, it was washed out providing a little cave for them. I watered the second one out. The homeowners have only lived there for about a month. They have a chain-link fence for their backyard and are interested in a quote.

They took the trash out to the trash cans in the back yard and heard a rattle. When I got there, the rattlesnake was halfway in a rodent box. I popped it open and it was stuck to a sticky trap along with another dead adult atrox. I was able to free the snake with some oil and it was unharmed. The home has some dessert around it in the community but not a lot of great dessert anymore it’s really built up.

This property is extremely snakey. On one side of the house is a large section of rip rap, and on the other a large concrete pile. Very likely rattlesnake den on each side. I inspected the yard and found another juvenile, as well as 3-4 shed skins in a storage closet behind the house. They do have a closed off yard that could easily be fenced in. They have roughly 3 drains and 3 single gates (verify with them). They attached 1/4” mesh on the gates with zip ties but it is not secure at all. I advise Jill do the inspection/estimate as she has experience with this type of den situation. They are interested in a quote and are expecting a call.

This is an old home and it has a basement. There was a hole on the outside of the stucco that allowed the rattlesnakes to get in. There ended up being two snakes, both snakes were coiled right by one another. He found two snakes skins further down the wall earlier. The home has nothing but miles of desert around it.
