Tucson | 85750 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | Same customer as prior. Another snake was found in same closet area. I captured another diamondback in same area near water heater in closet. We are unable to find breach or holes in closet. It is either under either the water heater or furnace. Both are very tight in this small closet. We made a physical barrier that was the best option. We discussed that it is just a way to slow down movement but not a guarantee. The customer was again instructed to stay vigilant in home for more and watch reaching in places he could not see and watch where he is stepping at all times. At some point we discussed the customer having a worker come take out water heater and re doing some of the crumbly wall. Hopefully there are no more but customer is very pleased with working with us and grateful for our expertise. End of report. |
