When I arrived the snake had gotten out of the customers poorly done snake fence. It slithered out of common area into a hole directly behind fence onto there non fenced area. I filled my bucket with water and slowly poured water down hole that snake went into. The snake emerged and I was able to catch it using my tongs. Customers were very grateful that snake was able to be captured and are interested in a quote for fencing. End of report.

The customer sent me a picture and I was able to identify it as a western diamondback rattlesnake. When I arrived I carefully placed the animal in my bucket. I then checked surrounding area and backyard to ensure there weren’t anymore. No more snakes were found. End of report.

The customer sent me a picture and I was able to confirm it to be a neonate western diamondback rattlesnake. When I arrived snake remained in same area because customer was able to keep a close eye on the animal. I gently placed snake into bucket and it was released shortly afterwards. End of report.

I lived .7 miles from the call so response time was only a couple minutes. When I arrived I was directed to the backyard where the snake was. It was a newly born western diamondback sprawled out on brick patio near some bushes. I immediately captured the snake. I then searched areas of backyard. No more snakes were found. End of report.

The homeowner tried to remove it herself but it was able to get under some furniture and at that point she decided to let us work on it. I used some water to bother the snake enough to come out so it could be captured safely.

Interstate was all backed up and it took me an extra long time to arrive. The snake had left minutes after I was called, but the customer wanted me to come and look despite these factors. Found about 40 yards from original sighting coiled against the side of the house in an attempt to escape the rain. A very easy fencing job as there is one gate and two drainage holes. Property was full of rodent holes and droppings, with many overgrown plants and leaky sprinklers. There was a fountain in the side yard that has flooded and created a little Oasis. Property has view fencing backed up to a wash. Strongly suggested looking into snake proofing yard. Customer was interested but said she would reach out on her own as she is going to be re-doing yard soon.

When I arrived I was directed to the snake immediately that was under close watch by the residence. I immediately captured the snake and placed it into my bucket. The husband said he would like me to take a look in backyard. They had recently utilized our company for snake fencing and 2 days ago he found a snake skin. Unfortunately he disposed of it so I could not determine species. Regardless I inspected the backyard with no finds. The fence looked amazing with no gaps or breaches. End of report.

The customer saw it coming up from view fencing towards porch when they called. Had existing chicken wire but had gaps in it. Did not comment but suggested they talk to our fence team, which they agreed was a good idea.

She then saw disappear behind a row of oleander bushes and didn't see it reappear. I found a coil up at the base of an oleander bush when I got there

I throughly searches house for any others in all rooms and areas they may be. I attempted to get as much foam as I could from sealed area out side. I wasn’t able to get it all but was able to get a majority out. I used a garden hose for about 30 minutes straight without any success of anything coming out. The area the snakes have been seen was determined they have come through a section of drywall that was flimsy with a breach underneath. I told the gentleman to call me back if anymore are seen. The customer was told there may be more and to call immediately. He was also told to stay as vigilant as possible and to watch hands and feet. End of report.

When I arrived the snake remained in same area found because the customers kept a close watch. I immediately captured the snake and gently placed it into my bucket. I captured another diamondback in same area near water heater in closet. We are unable to find breach or holes in closet. It is either under either the water heater or furnace. Both are very tight in this small closet. We made a physical barrier that was the best option. We discussed that it is just a way to slow down movement but not a guarantee. The customer was again instructed to stay vigilant in home for more and watch reaching in places he could not see and watch where he is stepping at all times. At some point we discussed the customer having a worker come take out water heater and re doing some of the crumbly wall. Hopefully there are no more but customer is very pleased with working with us and grateful for our expertise. End of report.

Looked all around yard and porch but was unable to locate that snake. Walked to the end of the cul de sac about 50 feet away and located a young adult diamondback. Customer requested this one be moved so was relocated short distance to open desert area.

2019-09-03 7:30 AM	Phoenix	85083	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Snake was startled by customer and had taken refuge in a rodent burrow under a wooden bridge over small culvert in the yard and had to be flooded out. Yard is open on all sides and full of shelter, including sheds, wood piles, overgrown plants and rodent burrows, as well as plenty of birds and rodents running around and water left out for them. Customer wants rodents and birds in the yard and wants to provide as much for them as she can. Advised she can't have all the prey without seeing the predators and she understood and was okay with it. Gave her tips for when and where snakes were likely to be hanging out so she could watch out.

The gate is the main issue here. One drainage hole which has been covered, though your opinion on its effectiveness will prevail. One small entry point at the wall on the opposite side of the house. You will also see a referral appear for their neighbor, who observed the capture.

Both of her dogs have been bitten and treated for the bites and she didn’t want to take any risks. When I arrived I was directed to the area the snake was being observed at. It was under a tall bush. I attempted to catch it and the branches got in the way. It retreated backwards towards the house. I moved around plant quickly to its location where I was able to catch it with my tongs. I placed it gently in the bucket and relocated it shortly after. End of report.

The customers did an outstanding job of keeping eye on it. It was a baby western diamondback rattlesnake. I immediately captured the snake and relocated it shortly after. The homeowner found a baby rattlesnake inside the home recently, and that is why she called us. We were able to identify a likely estivation den under a large boulder nearby, but were not able to recover any additional snakes from it. Advised on snake fencing possibilities and other improvements that could lessen the chances of future rattlesnake encounters.

She was thin in the back with lots of loose skin, and had obviously given birth recently. She was moved to a cave nearby where I have previously seen gravid rattlesnakes and evidence of birthing.

As soon as they spotted it, it went down the hole and stayed there until right before I got there. I quickly captured it and relocated it in a nearby desert area.

While searching the customer was not even sure it was a rattlesnake. I checked through bushes, which was area snake was last seen. The bushes had deep pockets that I could not lift up all the way. I utilized the customers garden hose and floooded the area. I lifted the plants branch again and found a freshly born western diamondback under it with an obvious meal in its stomach. I immediately captured the snake and relocated it shortly afterwards. End of report.
