She said her dog startled it and it fled underneath a slab of concrete near pool equipment. When I arrived the snake was sprawled out against back wall near pool equipment. I captured the snake immediately. Just Incase it was a different snake I utilized the customers garden hose and flooded the concrete slabs with no success. I also did a quick property check. No other snakes were found. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

When I arrived snake had traveled to center of yard near a large rock and plant. I immediately captured the snake. I then searched yard for additional snakes just in case. No more were found. The snake had been outside in the sun stuck to the glue trap for 5 hours before I arrived. When I got there the snake was still alive and moving. I took oil and freed the snake. His mouth and neck were messed up. He seemed to be dead and lifeless when I realized it.

Snake fencing exists on back fence, but it is a poor job with a lot of entry points. Gate would need work as well as a few drainage holes and additional holes between the wall and house.

Customer was concerned because he has seen non-venomous snakes in his yard. Customer waited patiently as the snake consumed a mouse. Another easy fencing job as there is one huge gate to fix. Fencing exists on the drainage holes, but it will need to be replaced with the proper fencing and gauge.

I was able to capture it and place it in bucket. I did a walk through inspection of remaining parts of warehouse. They do get rattlesnakes occasionally, typically outside of warehouse but recently they have been having loading gates open for shipments. No other snakes were found. The have a huge hole that goes from one side of the house to the other. I found the snake it was a 4ft western diamondback and while I was watering it out I caught another one. I was unable to catch the big one because it kept going further under the house.

He thinks it came in when he left the door open this afternoon.
