They did not watch it, i found it next to a swimming pool pump. Atrox approx 24in long with strong rattle taper. Did not rattle or strike during pickup, did rattle upon release. Model homes have metal fence and backed up a green area then a wash. The wash seems the only likely ingress avenue

When I had arrived at residence the snake had moved to a rocky landscape about 15 yards from front door. I was able to capture the snake with my tongs and gently place it in my bucket. I arrived and found it halfway under some roofing tile that was stored there as well. I removed the tile and found a second rattlesnake sleeping in the back. Both were captured and relocated.

As she bent down lower to get a better look at it she noticed the tongue flicker in and out. She quickly threw a pillow over it and called us to come relocate it.

When I got there turned out to be a male and female rattlesnake mating. The two snakes were put in a bucket as quickly as possible and released so they could get back to mating.

I removed the side panel off the hot tub. The snake was found on top of a small shelf inside. I was able to capture it using my tings and place it gently into my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

Caught both and found where the 2nd has come from. Large wood pile across from driveway. Inspected rest of property.

It soon left and started to cross the street into the neighbors yard. The neighbor has snake tongs and held it down for a bit in the hot road then put it in a bucket. They thought it was dead when I arrive but it was alive it looks like they may have squeezed it to hard while holding it but after keeping it in my car ac for awhile it perked back up.

When I arrived 20 minutes after the phone call the customers had watched the snake leave garage and go behind a metal sheet behind the air conditioner. I used my tongs to move the sheet metal first. After that I was able to use my rings to capture the animal. End of report.
2020-03-24 12:30 PM	Tucson	85745	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Customer called about unknown snake found in small yucca bush. She sent me a photo of it via cellphone. I identified it as a western diamondback. While I was enroute to her home she kept a close eye on it. When I arrived the snake remained in same spot. I was able to capture it immediately. Snake was about 18 inches in length. I inspected the remainder of her yard with no further finds. End of report.

Last year he stepped on one and then figured out there were three more under this unit. He normally removes them himself but this one was just too big. I ended up watering the snakes out. Got one larger one and a smaller one.

I search the property and the only signs of snake activity were in the wash behind the house. Advised to get rid of some rodents and concluded it was a random event.

The gopher snake was very agitated, making lots of sound and rattling its tail, so it is very understandable why the homeowner assumed it was a rattlesnake.

Found a 17" 3c Western Diamondback coiled under part of a bag of fertilizer. It was not there when I searched initially.

I searched her front and back yard. Didn’t find anything. Her neighbors yard was vacant so I searched it and was about to open the back gate when I saw the snake watching me from under the gate.

I searched behind all shelving and corners. Removing box after box to search for it. I noticed a very dilapidated box that was in corner. I looked through too and saw nothing. I then used my hook and poked into the bottom, which made the snake move and rattle. Once I knew the snake was in the box I slowly shifted box on its side and it came out. I captured and relocated it immediately after. End of report.
