I told him they are harmless to humans but he still wanted it removed due to his mother’s phobia of snakes. I arrived at the home. Snake remained in same place. It was captured and relocated immediately. End of report.

When I arrived (7 minutes later) I was brought to backyard by the homeowner. He was excited that the snake had left hole, and there was actually 2. I grabbed a second bucket to keep them separated before relocations were done. Once I caught both I talked about the benefits of non venemous snakes. The snakes were released shortly after. There was lots of construction going on around the neighborhood it’s a new community that is right on the edge of the mountain. The snake was by there front door.

Very open in backyard and very little rodent activity. Caught diamondback and walked properly but it looked great no changes recommended other than fencing.

Went under bush and stayed until I arrived. Caught and walked property, looked really good but going to need a lot of fencing if they decide to go that route.

Once I arrived I was directed immediately to the snake which was sitting coiled underneath a large umbrella. I moved the umbrella and the snake began slithering away. I used my tongs to catch the Rattlesnake. The snake was only about 12 inches. I did an inspection of property as a precaution for anymore. No further finds. End of report.

Kept flooding out after 30 mins or so I was able to grab him after digging for a while. Did subsequent property inspection nothing else was found. Recommended a couple changes to property.

A significant fencing job with multiple gates, several drainage holes, and about 100 feet of fencing needed in the back.

They had furniture delivered yesterday and the door was open for about an hour. I looked through there whole front and back yard the have a lot of vegetation in there back yard that would be a great area for snakes a lot of shade and water. They also have citrus trees and some rodent activity. They have three gates they would like to get fencing on.

She walked back to her back patio to go inside when she found another one curled up underneath her sofa. She called us to come get them and by the time I got there the one by the garbage can it disappeared. I was able to relocate the one however the other I wasn't able to find again.

She be lined it over there and saw one of her dogs would corner the rattlesnake. She clearly got the dogs inside and called us to come get it before I could go down her tortoise burrow.

The snake cruised around and took a dip in the pool then rested by the back fence where I caught it. They have a view fence and back up to the open mountain. They have had rattlesnake at there front door step but haven’t seen any in there back yard. They have some plants that would provide good cover in there back yard. They have an older dog they want to keep safe so would like fencing done.

It's the last house on the street so that is likely why there are snakes there. I inspected the property and found no major issues, but suggested a few spots that could be tightened up to prevent rattlesnakes from coming into the yard.

When I arrived the snake had made its way from the door to the side of the house, fairly close to a covered drain hole. I captured the snake immediately. Snake was released immediately afterwards. I property inspection was conducted afterwards to check for more snakes and talk about better ways to prevent less rattlesnakes on property. End of report.
