The homeowners, who are from Germany, were very interested and excited about the encounter. The home is a rental but he would like to pay for it regardless of what the landlord wants to do. We need the landlords permission of course and hes the one that would need to sign.

He thought it had went away but he saw it again. He didn’t know it was a rattlesnake. I saw it’s tracks in the grass and he was coiled up in some shade in his back yard. He has lots of vegetation and two gates that go out to the front yard. He is interested in fencing because he has dogs.

So I responded without confirmation. When I arrived I was directed to the area of the snake. I knew immediately by seeing it that it was a Sonoran gophersnake. He still wanted it removed to due his wife’s fear of snakes. So I did so. End of report.

When I arrived the customers were outside keeping a visual of the snake from a safe distance. I was able to easily capture the snake. I did an inspection of garage with no further finds. While releasing the snake I noticed there had been an injury on end of tail. More then likely from the customers who didn’t admit it. End of report.

Property surrounded by large oleander trees, base of trees at 85° while day temperature was 102°, searched entire perimeter, nothing found. Rattlesnake unlikely. Information passed to customer but they are adverse any snake on their property

2020-05-03 10:30 AM	Phoenix	85044	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Snake in bush. Adult atrox approx 30 in long with a body temperature of 85°found in an agave plant. I poked and prodded all over the agave without a sound or movement. The customer was adamant that the snake was in the agave. It wasn't until we started cutting the agave down that the atrox was seen. The atrox rattled and struck repeatedly after I grabbed it.

When I arrived snake was behind large mesquite tree in fallen leaves. I captured the snake with ease and did a courtesy inspection for them. No further finds. End of report.

When I arrived they had lost sight of it but knew it was still on courtyard because both areas of entry were being watched by homeowners. I began searching in the courtyard filled with massive bushes. I noticed a hole leading underneath and into there massive rock Pilar. I inspected the bush nearby and got down to look inside. I immediately saw the snake that retreated back fat into the massive pillar. I used a garden hose to flood it out. It did work. The snake cane out. But I was unable to get a clear grab. The snake then bolted into another hole on same pilar. So I had to flood it out again. The snake then crawled up into there flower pot where I had to grab it quickly so it would not get away. I finally gained control of the 2 foot western diamondback. Snake was released immediately afterwards. End of report.

He lost sight but I found it in there nearby garden. He live really close to south mountain. The only entrance in the backyard is the gate. He’s interested in fencing.

When I arrived (10 minutes later) the snake had moved to same area as a snake caught here last week. I removed the snake gently with my tongs and placed it in my bucket. The snake killed the rabbit and left it, probably because the rabbit was too big to consume. I identified the snake as a Sonoran gophersnake. The client was informed about the gophersnake being harmless but still wanted it removed. When I arrived I found the 6+ foot gophersnake lying underneath a grapefruit tree next to small plant and drip system. I captured the snake and released it immediately afterwards. End of report.

I looked around and under a small weed it was coiled up trying to stay cool. They only have two gays and possibly a little bit of view fence that would need fencing they are interested.

Found ways rattlesnakes could get in, identified a few problem areas such as overgrown bushes in a couple areas, gaps in a garage door to one of the buildings on property, recommended blocking off a gate to a maintenance type area with large metal structures snakes could hide under. Going to email client with photos of problem areas that I recommended making changes too

Crawled under a large Bush when customer engaged it in an effort to pick it up and toss over the wall with a shovel. Didn't call until this morning, thinking no one would come out.. A sizable fencing job as there are bunches of little drainage holes in a wall that mostly is contained. Multiple gates would need to be addressed as well as a couple of expansion joints. Customer is unsure weather or not he'll have you address the courtyard where the main issue is another gate and some expansion joints. I was able to locate it near some large rocks just off of the property. Was a tricky catch on some very steep rocky ground. Caught and looked over property, may consider fencing in the future but not as of right now.

2020-04-29 1:30 PM	Chandler	85286	Groundsnake	The homeowners where in their garage 5 days ago and saw a ground snake stuck in there sticky trap in the corner of there garage. They were in the same garage two nights ago and noticed another ground snake stuck in a sticky trap in the same garage. There was a snake shed in the garage which I found coming out of the wall. They had a couple scorpions and spiders in the other sticky traps. The yard is gravel and no grass or water. I assume the snakes were after the insects in the garage and the shade and just happened to get stuck.

Fire dept told them there may be home behind bush it went into. There wasn’t and wasn’t much to hide in on the property, looked really good.
