Her grandma had been home and had the garage door open for a while today while she got the mail—there were also some gaps in the garage the snake could have snuck in.

Today when she got home from work the snake was still in the same spot so she wanted it removed. The home is surrounded by patches of desert and a golf course.

Snake remained in same spot while enroute to home (23 minutes). The snake would have been killed if we were unavailable. The guy seemed irritated he payed but still grateful we answered. The snake was young, and estimated length was about 18 inches. I inspected the garage for additional snakes as a courtesy. No additional snakes found. End of report.

He was hoping it would leave but he went back today and it was still there. There is a big chunk of weather stripping missing on the garage door so that’s how the snake got in. He says he only goes about three times a year he was only grabbing Christmas stuff.

There was a little boulder by the pot with a rodent hole dug under it. I’m guessing the snake was using that as its winter spot and was just out today because it’s a nice day. The home has a view fence with a wash behind it.

When i arrived snake was in same place as discussed on phone. It was a very easy capture. I also inspected the backyard that was primarily blocked in. Entry would have been through a single gate, double gate or a drain section. I mentioned fencing, wasn't interested at the moment but said he would give us a call if it happened again (it will).
