When I arrived the snake was below cactus sitting in deep packrat nest that was barely visible. I attempted to capture snake but was not successful. I used garden hose and flushed rattlesnake out of packrat nest which was successful. The snake was captured and relocated. A perimeter check was also done for customers. Snake fencing was strongly recommended. In which both agreed they would like it done. End of report |

The customer sent me a picture via cellphone and I was able to identify it as a western diamondback. When I arrived at the residence the snake remained in same spot about 6-7 feet up in a pile of boxes on top of an upside down skateboard. I used a chair to give myself a better angle to capture it. I utilized my tongs and caught the snake and safely placed it in bucket. Snake was relocated immediately afterwards. End of report. |

I arrived at home and snake moved under an overgrown lantana bush that ironically the customer was trimming before my arrival. I was directed to snakes position immediately. I captured the snake and looked through rest of property and going pointers along the way to prevent frequent encounters. The customers were very pleasant and open to making some changes in property. Unfortunately the customer had to go to work and was unable to keep visual on snake. When I arrived I searched immediate area and found nothing. I went to back rear corner of property and found a bush near brick wall backed up to the wash. I found the sake sitting in shade below. Snake was immediately captured. I searched other parts of yard in an attempt to find more babies. It was determined the other snakes had already dispersed in other locations and this snake was alone. Water was given t baby in bucket because of warmer temps. End of report. |

His neighbors told him about us and how wonderful we are with customer service and how amazing we are at removals. Once I arrived I was directed to back yard area. He pointed in direction of pool pumps and filters and saw a Western diamondback in tight coil sitting underneath. I used my hook to bring body of snake out. Once I had enough body out I used my tongs to take complete control of the snake. I gently placed the snake in my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report. |

Multiple gates would need to be addressed as well as a couple of expansion joints. Customer is unsure weather or not he'll have you address the courtyard where the main issue is another gate and some expansion joints.
