When i arrived the snake was half under a backyard tile where rodents had created a hollowed out space. The snake was a large, somewhat thin male WDB. 1:30 PM		 Marana 85658 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake The homeowner went to let his pug out to go to the bathroom and saw a roughly 3ft Western Diamondback Rattlesnake crossing towards a shaded corner. When i arrived i noted that the home was built on the Eastern slope of a rocky hill within a larger canyon. Rocks and brush everywhere. The backyard where the snake was was a series of descending patios leading to an infinity pool. Minimal decoration so not much in terms of hiding spots. Snake was trying unsuccessfully to hide along a wall behind a decorative pot with 1/3 of its body still sticking out. Put snake into bucket. Snake fence could probably be pretty beneficial here.

They have snake fencing and i explained that the warranty does not cover non-rattlesnakes. When i arrived the snake was hiding under an outdoor couch. It was a mid-sized red phase coachwhip. Customer would like a refresh on their fencing if needed and covered by warranty

1:00 PM		 Marana 85658 Coachwhip The customer was outside doing yoga and saw a sizable black Coachwhip cruising about. I had just removed a smaller, red individual from this address a few weeks back. The yard is free of debris and there are no obvious signs of rodent or bird activity. The customer reported that they don’t usually even see lizards within the fencing. There is a nice pool with a waterfall. Maybe the snakes are smelling the water and spooling themselves over the fence. The customers think the snakes may be falling off the roof but it seems like quite a height for them to yeet themselves from, so it is possibly unlikely.
