I search the property and the only signs of snake activity were in the wash behind the house. Advised to get rid of some rodents and concluded it was a random event.

It soon left and started to cross the street into the neighbors yard. The neighbor has snake tongs and held it down for a bit in the hot road then put it in a bucket. They thought it was dead when I arrive but it was alive it looks like they may have squeezed it to hard while holding it but after keeping it in my car ac for awhile it perked back up.

When I arrived 20 minutes after the phone call the customers had watched the snake leave garage and go behind a metal sheet behind the air conditioner. I used my tongs to move the sheet metal first. After that I was able to use my rings to capture the animal. End of report.

I identified it as a western diamondback. While I was enroute to her home she kept a close eye on it. When I arrived the snake remained in same spot. I was able to capture it immediately. Snake was about 18 inches in length. I inspected the remainder of her yard with no further finds. End of report.

I arrived and found it halfway under some roofing tile that was stored there as well. I removed the tile and found a second rattlesnake sleeping in the back. Both were captured and relocated.
2020-03-25 4:30 PM	Scottsdale	85255	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	The homeowners had us out yesterday removing two rattlesnakes and then today they saw what appeared to be a large rattlesnake out sending itself underneath a saguaro. When I got there turned out to be a male and female rattlesnake mating. The two snakes were put in a bucket as quickly as possible and released so they could get back to mating.

2020-03-25 12:30 PM	Tucson	85745	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Customer called about rattlesnake inside of the base of his hot tub. He believes this is the same snake that bit his dog a week prior. I removed the side panel off the hot tub. The snake was found on top of a small shelf inside. I was able to capture it using my tings and place it gently into my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

They did not watch it, i found it next to a swimming pool pump. Atrox approx 24in long with strong rattle taper. Did not rattle or strike during pickup, did rattle upon release. Model homes have metal fence and backed up a green area then a wash. The wash seems the only likely ingress avenue

When I had arrived at residence the snake had moved to a rocky landscape about 15 yards from front door. I was able to capture the snake with my tongs and gently place it in my bucket. Their house is at the base of a mountain, surrounded by tall block wall ingress likely under side gate

Because it was in such a residential place and right outside of their drain hole they still wanted it relocated. I captured the snake with my tongs and gently placed it in my bucket. The other guy had no luck finding it and referred him to us. He said “this is what there good at.” After about 10 minutes in garage I checked underneath a plastic shelving area. I could see in the corner towards the wall a coiled up western diamondback. I used my hook to gain control and slowly drag the coiled snake out. I then used my tongs to have maximum control of the snake and placed it in my bucket. The customer was thrilled we were able to find it without an issue. The snake was released immediately after. I arrived and it looked like the snake had moved on, as it was not in the bush where the homeowner last saw it. I searched the property and found the snake nearby.

They put it in a bucket until I arrived. They had 9 babies on there back patio last year so that want snake fencing but there fence is a little tricky because it’s just brick but very short.

When I arrived I was greeted by people monitoring the bush it went into. I was having difficulties finding the snake in the large bush with lots of dead leaves on base. I used water and flooded the entire bush. After 30 seconds of waiting I noticed a western diamondback rattlesnake crawling up the bush. I reached into bush with my tongs and gained control of the snake. I then gent placed the snake in my bucket. Snake was released immediately afterwards. End of report.

When I arrived the snake went underneath the staircase that had wooden fence around it. I used a garden hose to gently coax the snake from underneath. The snake did not come out easily. It slithered up the railing and tried getting into siding. I was able to use tongs and gain control of the snake. The snake sprawled out it’s full length making it challenging to remain in bucket. I was finally able to get it from getting out. Snake was released afterwards. End of report.

He threw a rock at it and the noise intensified. They assumed it was a rattlesnake and quickly called us to come remove the snake.

Snake was curled up by front door entrance in a corner at base of a column. Snake was calm until approched at which point ot rattled and struck repeatedly. Rattled all the way to the rats nest

House is a corner lot with a wash with desert access on two sides. Has a rear view lot, side door was likely ingress point.
