When I arrived the customer showed me directly where the snake was because he followed instructions by watching the animal the entire time. The snake was under a large bush with deep cover. I was able to capture by utilizing my tongs and placed it safely into the bucket. The snake was released immediately after. End of report.

Lots of stuff in the garage to hide in and under. I searched the rest of the garage but didn't see any other signs of activity.

When I arrived I was directed to the snake that was being watched by an employee named Daniel. The snake was outside one of the buildings on site. It was half wedged underneath the building. It could not fit all the way under due to its girth. I used my hook and tong to get it out. The snake was extremely defensive. I was able to finally get it in bucket. The neighbor came over and did that. I told Debra to just have us do it and all she would have to do is keep an eye on it. She said she panicked because of 35 minute response time. I moved the snake from her bucket to mine with no incident. Snake was released shortly after. End of report.

She was trying to turn the nozzle when she saw the snake directly beneath the faucet. The sound she heard was the snake hissing. Snake was getting a last bit of hydration from a slow drip .

When the snake was still there this morning I was called directly by the manager who I got to know from when she held the same position at Legacy Apartments here in Marana. Unfortunately someone attempted to kill the snake and though I found it some deep cover in a packrat midden , it is not likely to survive. I contacted Hilda and suggested a meeting with all employees on do`s and don`ts of snake safety.

The gate appears to be the big problem as it was not addressed and has multiple entry points.

She had an area she believed it was at but no further details. When I arrived I began looking near her brick pile. I noticed black and white bands stuck in chicken wire. I used my tongs to keep snake from biting me and also used a pair of the customers wire cutters to get the snake free. It worked very well. Snake was free and customer was happy. End of report.
