| 2019-10-17 9:30 AM | Tucson | 85715 | None | Customer called inquiring about a piece of mind inspection. When I questioned her about it she explained that she heard a rattlesnake last night around 8 pm. When I asked her to explain the sound and situation she did describe a rattlesnake. She was concerned it was still in backyard and wanted me to look around to make sure it was clear for her dogs. I searched the property very thoroughly. I first searched the area she described she heard the noise. The area itself was a wooded fence with holes underneath it leading to an ally which had lots of debris and shade in it. And then also into her neighbors yard which had large oleanders and other assortments of plants. Her yard specifically had little to no shade or hiding places where the incident took place. I also checked other part of yard that was bricked in. The yard was separated by an open viewing gate. And on other side of bricked in yard was another viewing gate. I also looked near the shed that was not enclosed by any fences. It was a distance from the area this took place but seemed like the most suitable area of her yard. The shed had 1/4 inch mesh around the base, but there were large gaps in 2 different places. I told the customer to stay vigilant and to call us if the snake reappears. She was interested in a fencing quote from us. End of report. |
