Typically coiled in the same area near the house. A good food supply and nearby water led to this snake "living under the house" for quite a long period. Snake was fat and healthy with an attitude to boot.

Left the shed and was respotted by customer, but not watched. What should be another simple fencing job as again one gate and a few drainage holes to create a safe area for the pets and children. 2019-05-02 5:30 PM	Tucson	85718	None	Customers wanted property inspection because of recent rattlesnake activity on property. I inspected all areas of yard very thoroughly with no finds. Advice given to secure common areas was that fencing would reduce likelihood of encounters in those areas. I also recommended that the large bushes with deep shade be trimmed up reducing shade. Rodents were not an issue in common area but I still recommended having a pest control employee assist. Both residents of home agreed snake fencing was a high priority. They are leaving next week back to home in Illinois so they plan on using our services again in winter. End of report.

In some parts the snake fence was only a foot high making it an easy entrance for the snake that was found. I immediately secured snake in bucket. End of report.

I arrived at her house 15 minutes after call and was unable to find anything. There were numerous the snake could have came in and exited. I did attempt to flood some suspicious areas in yard with garden with no success. I found a large packrat nest in bush. No snake found only rats. End of report.
2019-05-16 1:30 PM	Tucson	85718	Gila Monster	Customer called about Gila monster in backyard. When I arrived the Gila monster was tucked into a hole. I used a garden hose and slowly flooded it out. It was successful and I was able to remove and relocate. End of report.

I did find rodent activity in and around grill island. Concern areas for fencing will include front gate to courtyard along with wide drainage hole also in courtyard. Backyard there was fence with no mesh around. That’s his priority area he would like fenced. Along with perimeter wall drainage pipes (3 total ). Only one drainage pipe lead directly to backyard. No snakes were found actively on inspection, but recently had fire department out for 2 separate rattlesnakes. End of report.

A large wash behind the property obviously supports a population. 19" Western Diamondback 4c that went from the parking area to the front patio.

They called back about an hour after attempting to kill it unsuccessfully with a shovel. They told me snake was near house. When I arrived the snake miraculously “vanished” while one of residence was watching it. I attempted to flood 4 different holes leading under large shed and concrete slabs with no success. They told me the area they saw it go down and then changed there story to a bunch of “maybe it’s under”. I was unable to find snake. End of report.

It was more a “piece of mind” property inspection. All areas were searched throughout yard. Recommended customer get a fence to slow down rattlesnakes being found in backyard. Customer didn’t seem interested. Also told to be cautious around large rock piles and well shaded areas. No snakes were found. End of report.

They had seen 1 rattlesnake in past in front yard but wanted safer backyard near pool and common area. Gate would be main entry point for a rattlesnake. Along with one small drainage hole. Both were already known about but still addressed. I flooded out pool rock fountain but nothing came out. The yard had been very well done by rodent control. No active presence found. I told customer to trim bushes that led to extra shaded areas, especially near rock piles. I also did show one issue on her bricked wall there was a part of the wall that was only about 25 inches high. She said her landscaping crew would figure out a solution for that. So she was very interested in us doing a customer gate. Now snakes found on site. End of report.

Immediately a desert spiny lizard cane out. The guy said he misidentified the lizard to be a rattlesnake. I continued flooding rock pile and looking around surrounding area Incase he was wrong again. When I arrived I was directed to the snake immediately that was under close watch by the residence. I immediately captured the snake and placed it into my bucket. The husband said he would like me to take a look in backyard. They had recently utilized our company for snake fencing and 2 days ago he found a snake skin. Unfortunately he disposed of it so I could not determine species. Regardless I inspected the backyard with no finds. The fence looked amazing with no gaps or breaches. End of report.

Customer called me the next morning and I went for an inspection that evening. 11" N Western Diamondback was coiled at the base of the plant. Please call for fence referral. A simple job, with one gate and one drainage hole.

When I arrived to home to begin the service I was drawn to 3 large packrat nests, lots of debris, large overgrown plants, and many open areas of yard leading to a wash. I flooded all packrat nests with garden hose. No success. I went through debris piles and flipped rocks searching. No luck. There was drip systems and a pool. The yard had plenty of food, shade and water. I advised customer of these concern areas and sent article written about how make houses less snake friendly. She’s very interested in fencing estimate. A thorough search failed to turn up the snake. Customer`s yard has existing fencing that appears to be a good job, as no apparent entry points were found.

E-Mail provided for what could be an extensive fencing job. Gates are a huge entry issue. Fencing exists, but the wrong size mesh was used and the job poorly done by previous homeowner.

While I was driving to get it the snake had moved from her patio to a bush area right outside. When I got there she pointed to the bush area but was unsure exactly where it was. I was able to find the snake one bush over. I was able to capture the animal and place it safely in my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

After searching the entire backyard, I was preparing to leave and decided to check the area again where the sighting occurred. Found a 17" 3c Western Diamondback coiled under part of a bag of fertilizer. It was not there when I searched initially.

I was direct to the snake that was stretched out underneath a large bush. The snake was captured with no incident. End of report.

When I arrived (10 minutes later) the snake had moved to same area as a snake caught here last week. I removed the snake gently with my tongs and placed it in my bucket.
