Snake remained in same spot while enroute to home (23 minutes). The snake would have been killed if we were unavailable. The guy seemed irritated he payed but still grateful we answered. The snake was young, and estimated length was about 18 inches. I inspected the garage for additional snakes as a courtesy. No additional snakes found. End of report.

When I arrived at the house, I was able to locate it inside of a small hole. When I attempted to flood it out, the hole collapsed, but I was able to dig out the snake from the mud, using my snake tongs. The snake was relocated nearby to a suitable spot.

No finds. I played a video of a gophersnake in defensive display hissing loudly and she thought the noise was similar. She has had 3 rattlesnakes found at her residence this year. She was told to always stay vigilant while being out gardening and never reach her hands where she cannot see. End of report.

Customer was told animal was harmless but preferred removal due to wives phobia. I was able to find snake immediately where customer had been watching. I immediately captured and relocated it. Upon a walk in the yard, two juvenile kingsnakes were found. The customer seemed to believe one of them was probably the snake they had seen before. Both snakes were relocated to a wash nearby.
