Mesa 85215 None Inspection, had 2 night snakes inside house recently. Found gaps in garage door and very small gap in corner of back door. Foundation looked really good, very open property in general. 1 bush I recommended getting rid of, very dense and proximity to garage door was a little bit of a concern. Far enough from desert to where they won’t get rattlesnakes.

Mesa 85215 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake This was at a public storage facility. The guy went into his storage unit yesterday and saw the rattlesnake sitting on top of some boxes. He was hoping it would leave but he went back today and it was still there. There is a big chunk of weather stripping missing on the garage door so that’s how the snake got in. He says he only goes about three times a year he was only grabbing Christmas stuff.

He has a big gap of weather stripping missing on his garage door allowing anything to enter. He backs up to a lot of desert so he said he was just going to wait it out. He noticed some babies, so he called to have them removed. It ended up being 5 adult rattlesnakes and 15 babies. There were a lot of baby and adult sheds in the garage as well, making me believe some had already left. One of the adult was ready to pop as well, so I think two of those females had babies in the garage at least. He had a lot of stuff in the garage, but I looked the best I could.

Mesa 85215 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Received call regarding rattlesnake inside warehouse in Mesa. Upon arriving an employee greeted me and led me to the snake. I observed a small adult atrox near docking door on east side of the warehouse. Snake was in ambush partially inside of a dustpan that was facing the wall. Broom was hanging above so snake was fairly hidden. Utilized tongs to capture snake with no incident. Snake noted to be fairly docile and somewhat curious. Snake did not rattle once. The property was large and location where snake was picked up wasn’t super close to accessible habitat. Golf course to the east would have been the nearest but was bordered by a brick wall. I suspect snake may have been living on the warehouse property for some time.
