The snake had been seen slithering across the floor but not all for quite some time after. They had it blocked off and had been watching the area. I arrived to search the area and looked under some file cabinets to find a little tongue flickering out from behind a piece if paper. I used my hook to coax him out and grab him.

While looking at the camera she saw a rattlesnake cruising around the pen. Both goats laying just feet away. She said the snake was after a mouse that she thinks it killed. She watches our videos on Instagram so thought she could try and catch it and put it in a bucket but it rattled at her and that was enough. It was just coiled up in the pen when I got there. Her home is surrounded by desert. She has a wire fence and wants to protect her goats from future visitors.

The cat then threw up so she thinks it got bit. They took it to the vet and it was headed there when I arrived. The home is surrounded by a lot of desert.
