They told me this is the smaller one. They also said there may be some smaller ones also. I was able to capture the snake and safely put it in bucket. It was released immediately afterwards. Home owner stated that she had watered plants in the backyard just before dark, and thinks that may have brought snake out.

The yard has snake fencing not done by us but it is done pretty good I told her about the problem areas. The fence was knocked down by there dog recently so I think the snake may have been in there yard awhile. They have 2 acres with lots of sheds and cars and shady areas for a snake to hang out. Plus they are on the foot of south mountain.

Had been here 7 years and 2 night snakes are the only snake seen. Likely we’re disturbed by major construction happening very nearby.

He described what sounded like a long snake. He love in a town home complex which is set up like an apartment type. There was a bush by his walk way which the snake went in. I looked in the bush and found a quail nest. Behind his town home there is desert landscape and a golf course which I explained the snake most likely went back to.

Found kingsnake In Bush, however could not remove due to Bush density. Customer allowed snake to stay but may call again if it goes in the garage again

Customer is property manager for office complex, where small colubrid (difficult to tell from photo but looked to be night snake) found in office trash can. Sweeper all of office, looking for evidence. Found in Cemex offices, many office spaces were cluttered and had not been cleaned in some time. Found many species of bugs in the office space, allowing for food. Also found several potted plants that had mold growing in soil as well as bugs. Under many of the desks and furniture, found food scraps/crumbs being consumed by insects, all of which allow a food source for snakes in question. Per customer request, wrote detailed report. Customer may have us return for top floor

When I arrived snake was in same spot still absorbing morning sunlight. It was a massive western diamondback. I used my tongs and supported the weight of the heavy snake with my hook as well. I walked the property with the clients and gave them advice about there landscaping. No further snakes found. End of report.

From the description from the homeowner, it seems like the snake was trying to go past the homes and into the wash, and was unable to do so. Sure enough, the snake appeared from a hole in the neighbors yard. I assisted getting her to the right spot.

I searched the yard and did not find the snake. The community is very new so the landscaping is very little and not much shade cove. There is desert all around the community. She has a gate and one drain hole would love fencing. The dog is ok it was a dry bite.

2020-06-05 5:30 PM	Tucson	85750	Coachwhip	Customer called for identification of large black snake seen under there recycling bin. I responded that it was a non venomous coachwhip. They decided in best interest because of a high golfers of snakes that they wanted it removed regardless of venomous or not. I responded and was directed to the area. I moved the recycling bin to gain gain control of the snake. It immediately began striking at me. I used my tongs because of the size of snake and defensive behavior the snake was using. I used my hook to give support to the upper half of the snake. I finally got the snake in the bucket. I did a courtesy inspection with no further finds. The snake was released immediately afterwards. I used my tong to hold the snake and my hook to push the release lever. The snake was very defensive through the entire process, rattling and striking at me. End of report.

I used hook to get enough of body out once it was exposed I used my tongs and captured it. She asked about keeping them out of backyard.
