Marana 85658 Glossy Snake 10" Glossy snake inside the home. Customer was extremely scared, but not so much so that he was able to toss a glue trap into the closet that the snake had crawled into. The glossy was caught in the trap and I was successfully able to remove and release it.

Marana 85658 Mojave Rattlesnake Customer called this morning of unknow snake seen outside front door. He sent me a photo via cellphone and I was able to identify it as a Mojave rattlesnake. When I arrived snake was in same area behind a tiki statue near front door. I immediately captured the snake. I searched surrounding area with no more finds. The customer had our information from an educational event Jill and I did a few weeks back. Very nice people. End of report.

Fencing is in the back, done by the homeowner, and it appears to be a well done job. I told the customer that Jill would have the best evaluation of it. The gate appears to be the big problem as it was not addressed and has multiple entry points.

They were utilizing a homemade Desert Tortoise burrow and were coiled on top in some rocks. Customer had Derek out last year and she was actually bitten by a large Western Diamondback about two years ago.

Marana 85658 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake 46" 11b (USS) Western Diamondback near front porch. Fire Dept. removed a snake that the customer believes to be the same snake just 4 days ago. Was in the exact same spot. Probable den site about 40 yards away at a culvert that is built up with large boulders and deep crevices. An extensive fencing job with multiple gates and a sizable area. There is some chicken wire that most likely needs to be removed. There is also a courtyard area with a gate. I am unsure just what the customer would wish to do and an on-site estimate is needed.

When I had arrived at residence the snake had moved to a rocky landscape about 15 yards from front door. I was able to capture the snake with my tongs and gently place it in my bucket. Marana 85658 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Customer called about rattlesnake seen going into bush in front yard. When I arrived I was greeted by people monitoring the bush it went into. I was having difficulties finding the snake in the large bush with lots of dead leaves on base. I used water and flooded the entire bush. After 30 seconds of waiting I noticed a western diamondback rattlesnake crawling up the bush. I reached into bush with my tongs and gained control of the snake. I then gent placed the snake in my bucket. Snake was released immediately afterwards. End of report.
