He thought it had left, but noticed it slither back under grill. When I arrived snake was seen coiled under grill near where the propane tank should be. It was the shadiest part of the yard. I moved the grill out and was able to capture the snake. End of report.

No fencing on backyard but has only had 2 snakes in 5 years so still not concerned enough to fence entire backyard.

It was pretty dense in the corner with the plant, i had to use my hook to slide snake from underneath plant. I then used my tongs to capture the very defensive snake. I placed it in bucket and released immediately afterwards. End of report.

I used my tong to hold the snake and my hook to push the release lever. The snake was very defensive through the entire process, rattling and striking at me. End of report.

I used hook to get enough of body out once it was exposed I used my tongs and captured it. She asked about keeping them out of backyard. From the description from the homeowner, it seems like the snake was trying to go past the homes and into the wash, and was unable to do so. Sure enough, the snake appeared from a hole in the neighbors yard. I assisted getting her to the right spot.

When I arrived snake was in same spot still absorbing morning sunlight. It was a massive western diamondback. I used my tongs and supported the weight of the heavy snake with my hook as well. I walked the property with the clients and gave them advice about there landscaping. No further snakes found. End of report.

The yard has snake fencing not done by us but it is done pretty good I told her about the problem areas. The fence was knocked down by there dog recently so I think the snake may have been in there yard awhile. They have 2 acres with lots of sheds and cars and shady areas for a snake to hang out. Plus they are on the foot of south mountain.

They just moved in last September so this is there first ever snake season and first rattlesnake they have seen. There yard has mesh fence on it but not snake proof. They would definitely like a quote. They have a view fence that back up to the mountain.

It was odd because it was a large, gravid female, crawling across lethally-hot pavement on a hot day. If the description of events is accurate, this unusual behavior is likey due to other disruption by the workers, landscapers, or a botched relocation by another party.

I went into a deep hole under an old concrete staircase. I used a garden hose and flooded area for about 5 minutes. From a safe distance I looked into hole with my flashlight and saw the 2 and a half foot western diamondback drinking water that I was using to flood it out with. I directed water flow to go to tunnel behind the snake. I used my tongs to move hose. It worked. The snake slowly slithered out so I was able to capture the snake. End of report

It had squeezed into a crevice when I arrived so I watered it out. The house backs up to south mountain. They have fencing but gaps and they are ok with it.

It was hanging out in the moist garden. She tried scaring it with the hose water but just scared it behind a cactus by her back patio which is where I caught it.

She said the snake tried to get into the bird cage which had no birds in it while I was 3 min away and she got nervous and killed the snake with a shovel. The lady lives on 20 acres in the open desert surrounded by mountains. The yard where her house is could be snake fenced so I told her that would be a great option especially since she has a new puppy. I tried to offer an inspection but she didn’t want it.

Besides a few small bushes the backyard is very open. A few large drain holes and underneath side gate would be obvious pints of access. Also a lorge hole in wall to neighbors yard, rattlesnake was seen moving through this passage.

The homeowners have “snake fencing “ from critter control. I walked the yard and found several big gaps in the fence. Also, it may not be high enough. The RV gate has a broom-like material under it to keep snakes out but is ineffective. There is a gate in the Courtyard that has no protection. Besides that their yard is well kept. They just live really close to the open desert.
