Advice given to secure common areas was that fencing would reduce likelihood of encounters in those areas. I also recommended that the large bushes with deep shade be trimmed up reducing shade. Rodents were not an issue in common area but I still recommended having a pest control employee assist. Both residents of home agreed snake fencing was a high priority. They are leaving next week back to home in Illinois so they plan on using our services again in winter. End of report. |

I did find rodent activity in and around grill island. Concern areas for fencing will include front gate to courtyard along with wide drainage hole also in courtyard. Backyard there was fence with no mesh around. That’s his priority area he would like fenced. Along with perimeter wall drainage pipes (3 total ). Only one drainage pipe lead directly to backyard. They called back about an hour after attempting to kill it unsuccessfully with a shovel. They told me snake was near house. When I arrived the snake miraculously “vanished” while one of residence was watching it. I attempted to flood 4 different holes leading under large shed and concrete slabs with no success. They told me the area they saw it go down and then changed there story to a bunch of “maybe it’s under”. I was unable to find snake. End of report. |

They had seen 1 rattlesnake in past in front yard but wanted safer backyard near pool and common area. Gate would be main entry point for a rattlesnake. Along with one small drainage hole. Both were already known about but still addressed. I flooded out pool rock fountain but nothing came out. The yard had been very well done by rodent control. No active presence found. I told customer to trim bushes that led to extra shaded areas, especially near rock piles. I also did show one issue on her bricked wall there was a part of the wall that was only about 25 inches high. She said her landscaping crew would figure out a solution for that. So she was very interested in us doing a customer gate. Now snakes found on site. End of report. |

Immediately a desert spiny lizard cane out. The guy said he misidentified the lizard to be a rattlesnake. I continued flooding rock pile and looking around surrounding area Incase he was wrong again.
