Phoenix 85028 Coachwhip,Coachwhip The homeowner called about two pink slender snakes that were underneath some debris in their backyard. When I arrived, the Coachwhips had separated with one remaining in the same spot and the other on the side of the yard under some roof tiles. Both were a relatively easy catch as far as this species goes. Home is a few streets in from the small mountain range nearby but not too far for a Coachwhip to travel. Likely a mating pair as well, one male and one female. The yard had some minor improvements to be made as far as trimming bushes and discarding debris but nothing crazy. Both side gates had gaps that the homeowner will address via our fencing team.
