I used my hands to capture and bucket a the snake with no incident. I Inspected the backyard and the rest of the home. No other snakes were found. Informed the customer that snakes are rarely seen in the area of his home. |

Phoenix | 85050 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | The homeowner was out in the back yard kicking the soccer ball with the kids when he heard a rattle. Where the turf met up with the block wall there was an area that was indented. They assumed it was under there. I pulled back the turf to discover a rattlesnake and a bloody squirrel. The squirrel was still alive but was on its way out so I put it with the snake. After looking around I believe the snake may have been hibernating in a near by hot tub and smelt out the rodent that had a hole under the turf. The home backs up to desert and has a view fence with high block bottom. |
