Tucson 85742 None Customer had called earlier this year, from a different address. That snake left her yard and she didn`t have me come out, but had saved my contact info and called me directly. Unidentified snake had killed a large ground squirrel and was discovered by the dogs before it was able to consume it. No positive ID and I was unable to find it as they did not watch to see where it went. They would like an estimate for fencing on a courtyard. Two gates have entry points, but an apparently easy job. Please phone to set up the estimate.

Oro Valley 85737 Nine Customer had rattlesnake on back porch night before. Unfortunately husband killed. Customer wanted steps to securing backyard and going forward in preventative measures. Right off the bat the gates area had gaps making it easy for any rattlesnake to get through of any size. Also on other side of property holes were found in bottom of wall for drainage to go through. Customer only had one bush that would be suitable hiding habitat. She said it will be removed. Also explained that her pool equipment was a very possible area for another encounter because of the spaces for hiding and also a tree sat above it creating a shady area. It was also discussed that all dog feces be picked up immediately so that various rodent species do not utilize it for a food source. I also found a rodent hole leading underneath the air conditioner. I utilized a garden in an attempt to flood any remaining snakes in hiding. Nothing was found. End of report.

Tucson 85745 None Customer called and had rattlesnake in backyard last night. He called fire department and had stepped away briefly. When fire department arrived the snake had disappeared. He wanted a “piece of mind inspection “ to search for snake and also how it may have gotten in. The snake was not found. More then likely fled back into wash below. The fence he had did have 1/4 mesh around entire fence. But in some areas there were large gaps making it easy for snake to go in and out of. Also have the fence mesh was only a foot high. It was recommended that the fence be raised to a height of etleast 30 inches. It was also recommended that brush be trimmed and that pest control be utilized to control rodent population.
