They killed both. They had a lot of piled up brush when they found those but have sense threw that away. Their yard is basically just dirt now not many spots for a snake to hide.

Tucson 85704 None Customer wanted inspection because he found 4 baby rattlesnakes in his yard. And mom near a large packrat nest. Unfortunately the customer killed all the babies and attempted to get the mom but was not successful. He wanted me to check his yard and packrat nest he saw the mom at. I throughly went through back yard that was inclosed by fence. I then went on other side to the packrat nest. It was one of the largest I had seen. I used the customers garden hose for about 30 minutes flooding every part of the nest. No success. I then used tool and broke it apart looking for snakes. No success. I then searched and broke down 2 other packrat nests afterwards. No success in finding anything except some pack rats. I told customer to use a pest control company to help maintain rodent issue. I also advised him to trim or remove lantana bushes. End of report.

Anthem 85086 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake and Sonoran Gophersnake She saw a large “rattlesnake” eating a rabbit go into a bush in front of her house. When I inspected said bush, I found a baby diamondback but no large one. She showed me a picture and it was gopher snake. She was unaware of the baby diamondback. She said she went inside for just a minute. I looked in the next logical place which was the backyard. She has “snake fencing” but it was very poorly done and the gate had large gaps. I found the gopher snake in the back yard with a full belly. Both were release into deep cover.

One drainage hole which has been covered, though your opinion on its effectiveness will prevail. One small entry point at the wall on the opposite side of the house. You will also see a referral appear for their neighbor, who observed the capture.

Anthem 85086 None Go up 35th ave from cloud road. Had a baby rattlesnake by her AC unit last week killed it. And found another baby rattlesnake by her front door yesterday also killed it. She wants to know if she has more and ways to prevent them. The yard is very clean but they live pretty much in the desert. They have a brick wall but open sides so no real back yard fence. Wants to see if our people can put a gate or fence up.

Phoenix 85085 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Has caught two snakes in sticky traps in garage in the last two weeks. Thinks they are rattlesnakes wants me to look around. The snake had been outside in the sun stuck to the glue trap for 5 hours before I arrived. When I got there the snake was still alive and moving. I took oil and freed the snake. His mouth and neck were messed up. He seemed to be dead and lifeless when I realized it.

Her geographic range placed her in an area with a wide variety of species. She had to leave for work and wasn’t able to get a better picture so she decided for me to swing by and catch and identify it. When I arrived snake remained in same place.
