They have a brick fence and one gate. This is a new community still being built up surrounded by desert.

There was no way to get in the cabinet without destroying it and they didn’t want that. The landscaper said it was a rattlesnake but based on the homes location I think it was a gophersnake. He watched it thankfully because it ended up going into a neighbors yard and coiling up. This home was in the middle of a well-developed community. A half-mile from what used to be desert but is bulldozed land now. They have a partial view fence and partial brick.

The snake slid behind a fixed dresser with only a small gap for it to enter and exit. Using wire coat hanger scooped snake out of the small crevice. Advised customer to tell cleaners not to leave doors open. The customer comes to this home once a month for vacation

Likely was on porch seeking shelter from the sun and heat, however it is quite far into development. It was extremely defensive leading me to believe the porch was not as sheltered from the heat as the snake was hoping.

The call came in after midnight and temperatures were in the mid 90s. It had to cross several asphalt driveways and concrete covered areas without being spotted, there was not any shade nearby

They just moved in a month ago, they were really worried because they have kids. I looked around and recommended trimming some plants up. They have a brick fence one gate and some drain holes.

When I arrived I identified the snake as a Gophersnake. It was definitely 6 feet, maybe larger. She still wanted it removed because of small dogs.

Before arrival, the snake had crawled out from underneath the refrigerator into the nearby pantry. Upon arrival, the snake was quickly located and captured exiting the pantry. The homeowners had a problem with mice coming into their house which could be a likely factor in the snakes presence.

I was able to catch one but the other got out from a large hole in the house and stucco of the fence. They thought they had three because they saw the snake leave while I drove there but we figured it was probably just one of the mating pair. Seems like this hole just wasn’t noticed when they installed the fence but both snakes could have got in this way. Also, the bottom rubber part of the fence seems to be wearing and I think a small snake could easily get in.

He missed and woke the snake up. Then he ran away but let the pole stay on the snakes tail pinning it there. The snake may have broken a few bones but it seemed to be moving just fine when I released it. The home is located right by Phoenix mountain park.

They were excited and really cool people. Their yard doesn’t have a fence and is open. They do have vegetation but it is well kept and pretty much as clean as you can get a yard. They are surrounded by desert and may get a fence one day.
