8:00 AM		 Tucson 85641 None Small rattlesnake seen in backyard last night. Crawled under a large Bush when customer engaged it in an effort to pick it up and toss over the wall with a shovel. Didn't call until this morning, thinking no one would come out.. A sizable fencing job as there are bunches of little drainage holes in a wall that mostly is contained. Multiple gates would need to be addressed as well as a couple of expansion joints. Customer is unsure weather or not he'll have you address the courtyard where the main issue is another gate and some expansion joints. 8:30 AM		 Fountain Hills 85268 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Rattlesnake was moving around backyard and had made it outside of property by the time I arrived. I was able to locate it near some large rocks just off of the property. Was a tricky catch on some very steep rocky ground. Caught and looked over property, may consider fencing in the future but not as of right now.

1:30 PM		 Chandler 85286 Groundsnake The homeowners where in their garage 5 days ago and saw a ground snake stuck in there sticky trap in the corner of there garage. They were in the same garage two nights ago and noticed another ground snake stuck in a sticky trap in the same garage. There was a snake shed in the garage which I found coming out of the wall. They had a couple scorpions and spiders in the other sticky traps. The yard is gravel and no grass or water. I assume the snakes were after the insects in the garage and the shade and just happened to get stuck.

Fire dept told them there may be home behind bush it went into. There wasn’t and wasn’t much to hide in on the property, looked really good.

3:00 PM		 Tucson 85745 Lyresnake Customer called about unknown snake species found in garage under a drill set box. He sent a picture of it and I identified it as a lyre snake. I told him they are harmless to humans but he still wanted it removed due to his mother’s phobia of snakes. I arrived at the home. Snake remained in same place. It was captured and relocated immediately. End of report.

When I arrived (7 minutes later) I was brought to backyard by the homeowner. He was excited that the snake had left hole, and there was actually 2. I grabbed a second bucket to keep them separated before relocations were done. Once I caught both I talked about the benefits of non venemous snakes. The snakes were released shortly after. 10:30 AM		 Tucson 85704 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Customer called about a small rattlesnake found near his outdoor pool equipment. Once I arrived I was directed immediately to the snake which was sitting coiled underneath a large umbrella. I moved the umbrella and the snake began slithering away. I used my tongs to catch the Rattlesnake. The snake was only about 12 inches. I did an inspection of property as a precaution for anymore. No further finds. End of report.

Kept flooding out after 30 mins or so I was able to grab him after digging for a while. Did subsequent property inspection nothing else was found. Recommended a couple changes to property.

I looked through there whole front and back yard the have a lot of vegetation in there back yard that would be a great area for snakes a lot of shade and water. They also have citrus trees and some rodent activity. They have three gates they would like to get fencing on.

She walked back to her back patio to go inside when she found another one curled up underneath her sofa. She called us to come get them and by the time I got there the one by the garbage can it disappeared. I was able to relocate the one however the other I wasn't able to find again.
