The homeowners have “snake fencing “ from critter control. I walked the yard and found several big gaps in the fence. Also, it may not be high enough. The RV gate has a broom-like material under it to keep snakes out but is ineffective. There is a gate in the Courtyard that has no protection. Besides that their yard is well kept. They just live really close to the open desert. |

They then searched the back yard for the snake and found the snake inside there den Inside the house, the door was left open. They live on a mountain side And despite that have only had two rattlesnakes in 20 years. The snake will be tagged and released back within its range. The snake was acting funny so Bryan is going to keep an eye on it. |

We watered it out for about 2 hours the snake finally cane out and I grabbed it. It was a juvenile coachwhip. I did not charge him. |

I went into a deep hole under an old concrete staircase. I used a garden hose and flooded area for about 5 minutes. From a safe distance I looked into hole with my flashlight and saw the 2 and a half foot western diamondback drinking water that I was using to flood it out with. I directed water flow to go to tunnel behind the snake. I used my tongs to move hose. It worked. The snake slowly slithered out so I was able to capture the snake. End of report |
