I advised the customer of the gaps and entry points, and additionally the problems with the gauge of the fencing currently installed.

When I arrived the customer had already secured 1 Rattlesnake in a garbage can. The second was deep in rock crevice. A garden hose was used to get the snake to move. The first day I arrived ( the day before) I was unable to get the snake from the air conditioner. Greg called an hvac company and scheduled appointment to have worker come out and assist with taking air conditioner apart so we would be able to get the snake. Today we were able to lift air conditioner with long shovel. I was able to see 2 western diamondbacks and was able to catch both. End of report.

Once I arrived I was able to lift boards and find the snake coiled. Snake was immediately captured and relocated. End of report.

The new homeowners are just moving in and were cleaning out behind a water heater and the vacuum started sucking up a rattlesnake. It got out of the vacuum and hid it behind the water heater until I arrived.
