Towards the end of my search the customer informed me they left the garage open for snake to get out starting at about 1030 in the morning giving the snake adequate time to flee from area. She had not seen snake for 15 minutes before I had gotten there. I searched area very thoroughly with no finds. She had many different hiding places that I addressed. Once I was complete with inspection her house nanny showed me video of the “rattlesnake “ that turned out to be a gophersnake. Once I distinguished identification of snake she felt much better that I was unable to find it. End of report.

The residence is 15000 square feet and has a ton of extra acreage. they have seen several rattlesnake underneath one of the porches at the residence, however when I showed up today I was unable to locate any of the rattlesnake. Just outside of the porch is a Boulder Field covered with plants and trees and lots of undergrowth. They may want more service in the future, but for now the mostly wanted information with that inspection.
