Second snake seen within a week, most likely the same snake, after 3 years without seeing any. The fact that none have showed up until now, considering they live in a drainage system, is surprising.

The customer ended up thinking she only saw one snake and believed it to be more. Whole room was checked to ensure there were no more snakes. It likely entered through a ground level window that was left slightly ajar. Once customer was told it was a harmless insect eater she decided to have me release it on the property in a hole.

As he got closer he realized it was a snake. He scooped the puppy up, took it inside, grabbed a flashlight, and went back outside to find the snake. He was unable to find it, so he called us. I searched the property, but was also unable to locate it. He is interested in getting a quote for snake fencing. He has one gate and one drain hole that need protected.

When I showed up I found a four foot gopher snake in the bedroom closet. They think it came in through an open door or a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

No apparent injuries and customer said they do not use poison on property. I presume it was digesting a recent meal. Did full property inspection as well and no signs of other snakes were found.

The snake must have a hole under there I could not get it to come out. They where ok with it after I explained it’s harmless and they have a serious rodent problem which it will be good for. They had furniture delivered yesterday and the door was open for about an hour. I looked through there whole front and back yard the have a lot of vegetation in there back yard that would be a great area for snakes a lot of shade and water. They also have citrus trees and some rodent activity. They have three gates they would like to get fencing on.

Property surrounded by large oleander trees, base of trees at 85° while day temperature was 102°, searched entire perimeter, nothing found. Rattlesnake unlikely. Information passed to customer but they are adverse any snake on their property

I suspected a Chuckwalla until the homeowner showed me a photo of a Gila Monster. I searched the rocks and eventually caught a large Chuckwalla, which the homeowner opted to have relocated.

They then searched the back yard for the snake and found the snake inside there den Inside the house, the door was left open. They live on a mountain side And despite that have only had two rattlesnakes in 20 years. The snake will be tagged and released back within its range. The snake was acting funny so Bryan is going to keep an eye on it.

Apparently they’ve had about 8 other rattlesnakes on the property. Not a good set up for fencing, otherwise they would have considered that. Recommended getting rid of piles of stuff in one area of yard.
