I slowly moved up some of the brick with my hook. When I moved one near it, it showed it’s head and half of its body. It then fled from the bricks underneath a bicycle where I was able to capture it. The customer is slowly gaining more respect for the animals rather then killing them. A short inspection of property was conducted after ward. No other snakes were found. End of report.

The customer sent me a picture and I was able to identify it as a western diamondback rattlesnake. When I arrived I carefully placed the animal in my bucket. I then checked surrounding area and backyard to ensure there weren’t anymore. No more snakes were found. End of report.

The homeowner tried to remove it herself but it was able to get under some furniture and at that point she decided to let us work on it. I used some water to bother the snake enough to come out so it could be captured safely.

Customer says that despite having no fence around their house this is the first rattlesnake they've seen in 15 years. Told them best thing to do was the clean up the clutter, which was just there because they are renovating guest house.

She said her dog startled it and it fled underneath a slab of concrete near pool equipment. When I arrived the snake was sprawled out against back wall near pool equipment. I captured the snake immediately. Just Incase it was a different snake I utilized the customers garden hose and flooded the concrete slabs with no success. I also did a quick property check. No other snakes were found. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

I was able to capture it and place it in bucket. I did a walk through inspection of remaining parts of warehouse. They do get rattlesnakes occasionally, typically outside of warehouse but recently they have been having loading gates open for shipments. No other snakes were found. Snake was released shortly after. End of report.

He sent me a photo via cellphone and I was able to identify it as a Mojave rattlesnake. When I arrived snake was in same area behind a tiki statue near front door. I immediately captured the snake. I searched surrounding area with no more finds. The customer had our information from an educational event Jill and I did a few weeks back. Very nice people. End of report.

There is existing fencing , however the gates were not addressed and some of the material used was half inch mesh.
2019-10-17 9:30 AM	Tucson	85715	None	Customer called inquiring about a piece of mind inspection. When I questioned her about it she explained that she heard a rattlesnake last night around 8 pm. When I asked her to explain the sound and situation she did describe a rattlesnake. She was concerned it was still in backyard and wanted me to look around to make sure it was clear for her dogs. I searched the property very thoroughly. I first searched the area she described she heard the noise. The area itself was a wooded fence with holes underneath it leading to an ally which had lots of debris and shade in it. And then also into her neighbors yard which had large oleanders and other assortments of plants. Her yard specifically had little to no shade or hiding places where the incident took place. I also checked other part of yard that was bricked in. The yard was separated by an open viewing gate. And on other side of bricked in yard was another viewing gate. I also looked near the shed that was not enclosed by any fences. It was a distance from the area this took place but seemed like the most suitable area of her yard. The shed had 1/4 inch mesh around the base, but there were large gaps in 2 different places. I told the customer to stay vigilant and to call us if the snake reappears. She was interested in a fencing quote from us. End of report.

When I arrived I was directed immediately to the snake by the homeowner who had a visual on the animal. I immediately captured the animal and searched the rest of property with no further finds. The snake was found under a large palm leaf in coiled position. End of report.

When I arrived I immediately identified the snake as a Sonoran gophersnake. I captured the animal that appeared to have a neck injury. I searched for a second snake that disappeared into 1 of many cave systems under building. The customer seemed displeased that we were not able to find second “rattlesnake “. But I calmed her down telling her there is no possible way to find the second. End of report.

Quite probably got that exact 18" 3c Western Diamondback in the garage today. it was caught in a glue trap and I was able to safely remove and release the snake.

I searched behind all shelving and corners. Removing box after box to search for it. I noticed a very dilapidated box that was in corner. I looked through too and saw nothing. I then used my hook and poked into the bottom, which made the snake move and rattle. Once I knew the snake was in the box I slowly shifted box on its side and it came out. I captured and relocated it immediately after. End of report.

I responded about an hour later. I dug through bush with my book and found the 12 inch Rattlesnake coiled near the root system of the plant. I captured it and searched backward for additional snakes. I searched the yard and did not find the snake. The community is very new so the landscaping is very little and not much shade cove. There is desert all around the community. She has a gate and one drain hole would love fencing. The dog is ok it was a dry bite.

It had squeezed into a crevice when I arrived so I watered it out. The house backs up to south mountain. They have fencing but gaps and they are ok with it.

She had people cleaning her gutters so they put the snake in a bucket. I searched the yard for any more. There landscaping is very well kept. They have a large view fence and nothing but the preserve and the mountain behind them. They have a few dogs and would love fencing.

I found a bush along the side of the house with a few rodent holes at the base. I used a hose to put water into the holes and several minutes later, a Western diamondback emerged. Fencing notes: chickens in the backyard, she did some fencing on the gate herself but realizes it needs to be replaced. Had contacted some other company for a quote but they did not respond to her. I think as long as we keep the price right and kill it on customer service we will get this one
