Customer was just moving into the home and discovered the snakes under a large back deck. A third rattlesnake eluded capture. Two gates and 6 to 8 drainage holes for the fencing, however a large area of the back will also need fencing and I think an on-site estimate is needed here.

She had not seen the snakes yet this morning. I responded and told her I would look around. When I arrived she told me one of the snakes was basking in the sun outside of a hole. I was able to catch the snake immediately. I also used a garden hose and flooded another snake out of same hole. Both snakes were released shortly after. End of report.
2020-04-02 10:00 AM	Tanque Verde	85749	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Customer called about a rattlesnake that he heard in his garage. He had a different company over last night in search of it. The other guy had no luck finding it and referred him to us. He said “this is what there good at.” After about 10 minutes in garage I checked underneath a plastic shelving area. I could see in the corner towards the wall a coiled up western diamondback. I used my hook to gain control and slowly drag the coiled snake out. I then used my tongs to have maximum control of the snake and placed it in my bucket. The customer was thrilled we were able to find it without an issue. The snake was released immediately after. While doing inspection a western diamondback was found directly outside of a ground squirrel hole. I captured it immediately and continued to search. No other snakes were found. I did recommend they use pest control to help assist with the large amount of pack rats they had on property. I also recommended they trim large plants to help reduce shade source. They are interested in Rattlesnake fencing at some point, but currently in the process of expanding there fence. They said they would keep in contact once there fence is complete. End of report.

A significant fencing job with multiple gates, several drainage holes, and about 100 feet of fencing needed in the back.

Has had a few gopher snakes over the years. Could potentially get rattlesnakes as well, interested in getting fencing done.

It seem fitting to be a rattlesnake. I asked her to send photo, but her flip phone was unable to. I responded to home in 14 minutes. When I arrived I saw the first snake crawling down tree trunk of large mesquite tree. It was a gophersnake. About 5 1/2 feet. They also said there was a second up about 20 feet sitting on branch. It began moving after I captured first one. It finally came down tree trunk like the first one making it easier to capture. I used the opportunity to capture the animal and educate the homeowners about them. They both agreed that they would have thrown rocks at them and attempted to kill the snakes had I not responded. So fortunately I was able to get them both to a more natural setting. End of report.

He described what sounded like a long snake. He love in a town home complex which is set up like an apartment type. There was a bush by his walk way which the snake went in. I looked in the bush and found a quail nest. Behind his town home there is desert landscape and a golf course which I explained the snake most likely went back to.

No one was around to watch the snake and when I got there the pot was in the sun so the snake had left. They have a plastic mesh that’s about a foot tall around there view fence and thought they were protected but unfortunately are not. The snake crawled over the mesh into this large pot that is up against the fence and about ground level on the other side. The back yard doesn’t have much vegetation and is mostly tile with a pool. They do however live on a mountain with desert all around them. They have little streams by them man-made and plenty of cover outside their yard for snakes. I did not find the snake but they would love their view fence rattlesnake protected.

Lots of sweet vegetation around the house but looks like the snake was just enjoying the shade. A lot of his back yard is elevated but he has a view fence with a gate and would like snake fence quote.

Killed it and wanted to make sure no others were present underneath pallets or anywhere else on the property. Looked under pallets and through horse stalls and it was all clear. Not much else on the property to hide in. Found the dead diamondback on The other side of the wall to confirm the ID. Will definitely call us back if any other snakes show up, 1st one seen in 10 years. Not any desert real close by but plenty of desert somewhat near this area.
