This homeowner spotted the snake stuck to a glue trap inside the garage several hours before calling. She moved the trap outside into the shade while waiting for Marissa to arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortunately, Marissa was able to carefully free the snake from the adhesive, although it was extremely weak and needed time for its mouth to properly readjust after the ordeal. Sadly, two geckos had already died on the trap before the call was made. The homeowner mentioned she did not realize those traps had been placed in the garage. This kind of situation is often how this lesson is learned, unfortunately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The home sits next to a desert drainage and several nearby parks, making wildlife encounters fairly common in the area. After recovering, the snake was relocated to suitable nearby habitat within its estimated home range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
