The snake was found by a dog, and the interaction was seen by the homeowners (the dog is ok). Apryl relocated the snake safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These encounters are largely preventable. In this instance, the snake was there because shelter was provided, along with water and food put out for birds (snake prey).
