However, they do make it into the country in one small area of extreme south <a href=\"https:\/\/rattlesnakesolutions.com\/fieldherper\/tag\/texas\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"188\">Texas<\/a>. We found this Northern Cat-eyed Snake (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/rattlesnakesolutions.com\/fieldherper\/category\/snakes\/colubridae\/leptodeira\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"621\">Leptodeira<\/a> septentrionalis<\/em>) there several years ago.
